Though we haven’t updated our web site (an oversight we are now correcting) we have been VERY busy with construction over the past few months.
The structure for Casa #1 and #2 are complete. We are currently working on the interior walls and flooring. The views are spectacular from both the lower floor and the upper terrace. We are right on schedule and will have both homes completed for October 2008.
Casa #3 is moving along at record pace with the roof preparation nearly ready. We will pour the concrete roof structure as soon as the current rain lets up. The bungalow style of this home takes full advantage of its beach front location. Views extend northward to southward of ocean, beach and little else.

This southward picture showing the construction update as of 10 days ago shows exactly how private this community will be.
In addition to our exciting construction update, we are moving the majority of our operations to within minutes of the beach. This exciting move will allow us to better serve our clients and prospects. The move may be a lot of work, but it is not without its benefits. Warm sun, full, ripe fruit and rhythmic ocean surf will definitely soothe our souls and inspire our minds.
We will have another update for you soon, in the meantime – thanks for visiting! If you haven’t already requested to be added to our newsletter, please feel free to do so here. oasisincmx.com/contact/
